This information will be used to communicate with you about the Icebergs Club, manage your membership, and get in touch with your emergency contact if needed.

Your information will be stored within our Pools and Fitness system in accordance with the Hutt City Council Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of the information we hold by getting in touch with us, or you can update your information by visiting our online portal after your membership has been set up.

Conditions of use:

This form is to be filled out when registering for the Icebergs programme. Payment is not required until the programme has been confirmed. Once confirmed payment details will be advised.
The Iceberg membership will only be valid during the operation of the programme and cannot be used for pool entry at any other time or in-conjunction with any other promotional offer.
The cost of this programme is $130 to be paid upon registration.
We offer lane swimming and aquajogging only during Iceberg sessions.
Icebergs members must be 14 years or older to register.
This Icebergs membership can only be used weekday mornings between 6am–8.30am, 15 November 2025 - Sunday 8 March 2026 (excludes public holidays and the date period 25 December 2025 - 3 January 2025).
If you choose to cancel your Icebergs registration, this must be done so in writing no later than Friday 7th November 2025.

Conditions of information:

I acknowledge that the information provided by me and held by the Hutt City Swimming Pools may be used and disclosed; to process this or any other application I make at the Hutt City Swimming Pools.
I have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to obtain access to and request correction of any personal information held by the Hutt City Swimming Pools concerning me.
